The I.O. of P.O.F. Turtles is a Friendly Society social group for adults ages 21 or older, the object of its membership into its ranks is to have fun and assist in raising a funds for youth education, youth sports, mentor programs, and various social services. To be I.O. of P.O.F Turtle one must be subject to the following rules and regulations provided by its National, District, and Local bodies.
