The Lodge duties are to enlarge the active interests and cooperation of the families of Odd Fellows on behalf of the Order, to fully participate and show the value of their fruitful labor and services by admitting them to membership, in one great, happy, and prosperous family, cemented, strengthened, and perpetuated by the social scared, and marvelous influence of the Lodge, which is entwined with the bonds and blessed with the innumerable blessings of Friendship, Love, and Truth.
The Lodge shall be composed of financial male members of The Improved Order of Patriotic Odd Fellows. Every applicant for admission to the Lodge shall be received and referred to the committee of Lodge or United Committee of Management for admission. Upon reception of the application shall report at the next regular convening of the Lodge.
Every male eligible to membership must be a minimum of 18 years old, Brother shall sign it as a voucher, an application as form accompanied by a certificate of good health from a regular physician, and the admission fee.
Persons desiring to open a new Lodge are advised to organize an association for the purpose of securing new members, acquiring full and correct information, raising means, and making all the necessary arrangements for the opening of a new Lodge.
Application for a warrant to open a new Lodge shall be made to a financial Lodge or through the United Committee of Management, for which the applicants shall join fee plus pay assessment fees for new charter with a minimum of five individuals petition.
Application for a warrant to open a new District Grand Lodge shall be made to the United Committee of Management, for which the state wishes to open it with three (3) new Lodges. These applicants shall join fee plus the pay assessment fees for three (3) to get a charter with a minimum of fifteen (15) individuals petition.
